Job Description
Advanced Integrated Services (AIS), a Crete United Company delivers Electrical, Controls Automation, Instrumentation, and Fire & Safety solutions across industrial environments. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Sr. Electrical Operations Manager to lead our low–medium voltage and controls work across Louisiana and Texas.
This is a player/coach leadership role - ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading teams, and driving execution. You’ll set the standard on job sites, support your crews, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop field teams across low-medium voltage electrical, and controls projects
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and service work in commercial and industrial environments
- Ensure compliance with all Louisiana & Texas electrical safety codes
- Coordinate with customers, and internal teams to drive execution
- Support job planning, manpower allocation, and scheduling
- Monitor job performance including quality, productivity, and margin awareness
- Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and complex system issues
- Maintain high standards for safety, documentation, and workmanship
What You Bring
- Active Louisiana Electrical License (required) & active Texas Electrical License (preferred)
- 10+ years of electrical experience with strong exposure to low-medium voltage systems, and controls
- Estimating knowledge, ability to bid from site surveys along with formal bid process
- Pneumatic instrumentation knowledge
- Proven experience leading crews and running field operations
- Experience with shop & industrial projects
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field
- Solid communication skills with both field teams and customers

Compensation & Benefits
$130K - $150K base salary aligned with experience
