Description

Bring your leadership to a high-visibility portfolio supporting critical U.S. Government national security missions from Lorton, delivering measurable impact across counter-threat programs. In this Sr. Director, Profit & Loss (P&L) opportunity, you will own full financial performance while driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer outcomes across a diverse set of programs.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Director, Profit & Loss (P&L) position include:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing defense and/or homeland security portfolios.
Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance.
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand the organization's market presence.
Lead a portfolio of government programs supporting national security and defense initiatives.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key government customers and stakeholders.
Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to identify, qualify, and win new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
Oversee program execution to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, technical performance, schedule adherence, and strong financial results.
Ensure compliance with all government contracting regulations, security requirements, and organizational policies.

Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
