Based in Bossier City, LA (near Shreveport), this Sr. Electrical Engineer opportunity lets you lead electrical system design across power distribution, special systems integration, and manufacturing-ready documentation.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Electrical Engineer position include:

6-10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in modular, industrial, utility, or data center environments.
Perform and review electrical load calculations, feeder and branch circuit sizing, voltage drop analysis, and conduit/cable routing design.
Develop and review electrical documentation including one-line diagrams, panel schedules, schematics, wiring diagrams, and termination details.
Select and specify electrical equipment such as switchgear, panelboards, transformers, breakers, UPS systems, sensors, and control devices.
Design and integrate special systems including fire detection, gas detection, ventilation controls, and communication systems.
Ensure designs meet NEC/NFPA codes, customer specifications, and internal standards.
Support manufacturing teams with wiring, routing, troubleshooting, and factory testing activities.
Lead design reviews, hazard assessments, and manufacturability evaluations; mentor junior engineers.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: MDV, 401k with 50% match up to 6%, life and disability coverage, PTO - 2 weeks (negotiable), and bonus - up to 10% based on both individual and company.
