Job Description

Title: Sr. Product Manager

Reports To: Principal Product Manager

Department: Product & Engineering - Product

Location: Cincinnati, OH or Seattle, WA

Position Status: Salary Exempt

About DMG:

Divisions Maintenance Group provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution and fulfillment centers across the country.

We are leading the way with our technology, creating world-class products that are revolutionizing the industry and fulfilling our brand promise of "Uninterrupted Peace of Mind."

DMG is a Certified Great Place to Work with a strong, inclusive culture and top-notch benefits.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to own new customer acquisition end-to-end for Division Maintenance Group, supporting our Divvy product which enables self-service orders and lead generation. This role is responsible for driving leads, orders, and new customer acquisition across two interconnected motions:

  • Small Business (SMB) self-service growth via Divvy (orders created with no or limited sales involvement)
  • Mid-Market pipeline creation for DMG (leads or order that are qualified for strategic partnership and account management)

You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue, owning experiments from first touch through conversion. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing, shipping, measuring, and iterating.

What You'll Do:

Own acquisition strategy and execution across paid, organic, and emerging channels (search, paid social, local, partnerships, etc.). Drive self-service Divvy orders while also generating high-quality leads for DMG sales. Design experiments that balance conversion rate, order volume, CAC, and downstream revenue quality. Optimize funnel paths for self-serve SMB customers and Mid-market customers. Improve conversion across key moments: landing pages, ordering, and lead capture. Partner closely with Product to test messaging, flows, and qualification logic. Support early lifecycle messaging to improve activation, repeat usage, and trust. Work with Product and Operations to identify moments that indicate service expansion or sales readiness. Help shape how Divvy hands off qualified accounts to GTM. Define and track growth metrics. Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

5+ years in product growth or performance marketing (B2B sales, SMB, PLG, or marketplaces preferred). Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). Experience driving both B2B self-serve conversions and sales pipeline. Strong experimentation mindset: you can form a hypothesis, ship a test, and read the results. Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one. Analytical and data-driven, but pragmatic. Clear communicator who can influence Product, Sales, and Leadership. Familiarity with experimentation tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other marketing channels. Experience scaling acquisition in local or geo-based markets. Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

What You'll Get:

At DMG, you'll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement. Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self-starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.

Some of our many benefits include:

Health, dental and vision coverage on day 1. Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting. Paid Primary and Secondary Caregiver leave. Employee Assistance Program to assist with everyday challenges. Paid time off to volunteer.

Divisions Maintenance Group is an equal opportunity employer.
