Overview:
Drodex is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Senior Management Analyst in support of a high-tempo, high visibility, and high-impact office within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at HHS. ASPR was created under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to lead the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters. This role further supports the Immediate Office, which is the executive leadership program office within ASPR.
Responsibilities:
- Provide stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and strategic communications support to ASPR's Immediate Office and Centers.
- Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, conferences, ceremonies, listening sessions, and stakeholder engagements from planning through post-event analysis.
- Manage event logistics, including coordination of personnel, vendors, facilities, technical support, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate requests from external stakeholders for ASPR participation in local, state, national, and international engagements.
- Develop and maintain required documentation for ASPR participation in conferences and external engagements.
- Support development and maintenance of stakeholder partnerships aligned with ASPR and Departmental priorities.
- Conduct research and analysis to support stakeholder engagement strategies and prepare summaries and reports.
- Develop leadership briefing materials, background documents, talking points, and engagement communications.
- Support development and dissemination of strategic messaging related to ASPR priorities and activities.
- Maintain stakeholder databases, contact lists, correspondence trackers, and reporting systems.
- Track meeting outcomes, action items, follow-up activities, and stakeholder communications in Government-approved systems.
- Support controlled correspondence workflows, routing, and coordination across offices.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful engagement execution.
- Support post-event reporting, lessons learned, and after-action analysis.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Health, or related field.
Required Experience:
- 4–6 years of related experience in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, controlled correspondence, executive support, strategic communications, or program operations.
- Experience planning and executing meetings, conferences, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Experience preparing executive briefing materials, correspondence, and communications products.
- Strong coordination, tracking, and project support skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and related reporting or tracking systems.
Required Clearance:
- Public Trust Eligible
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal agencies, HHS, ASPR, or public health organizations.
- Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience supporting executive-level engagements and event logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
