ECLARO's client operates one of the world's largest energy delivery systems, constantly at the forefront of innovations in developing technology. - A UI/UX designer to design and develop intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions.
- The designer will partner with our GenAI tech lead and developers to create engaging, accessible, and scalable user experiences that drive adoption and business value.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications
- Develop responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility, branding, and user experience standards
Required Qualifications:
- Accessibility Standards

- Responsive and mobile-first design
- UI/UX Design
- User-Centered Design (UCC)
- User Research
- Wireframing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data visualization and dashboard design
- Figma or similar design tools
