Job Title: Sr. Application Support / DevOps Engineer (.NET) Target profile This is primarily an Application Support/DevOps role supporting .NET applications. Very little coding. Primary responsibilities include:• Application configuration • Deployments • Production support • Release management • Containerization • CI/CD • Infrastructure troubleshooting Think: Application Support Engineer / DevOps Engineer Not: Senior C# Developer Client / Job Title / How many Openings / Jobdiva# Client | .NET DevOps Engineer (Application Support) | 1 opening Location(s) PREFERRED location is Charlotte NC (preferred, majority of team sits here) SECONDARY locations are Jersey City, Pennington, Atlanta, Chicago (in order of prioritization) Top 3-5 Skillsets / Experience Needed (Must Haves)• Enterprise application support experience supporting .NET applications • CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible) • Experience configuring applications, deployments, and containerization • Windows, IIS, Linux administration • Strong production support and troubleshooting experience Top 3 Skillsets / Experiences Preferred (Nice to Haves)• OpenShift deployments • PowerShell scripting • Banking / Financial Services Assignment Duration 12-month contract with likely extension If So, What Were Struggles / Missing? Need someone who understands application infrastructure and production support. Development experience is far less important. Interview Process 1st interview: virtual call. 30-45min. Technical conversation with situational type questions. Onsite interview: 60min. Meeting with Dev team. More culture fit, technical conversation.
