Job Title: Sr. Program Manager, EPMORemote Work: Fully remoteEst. Strong PMO leadership experience, not just project execution
Experience establishing governance, methodologies, standards, reporting, and operating rhythms
Ability to drive portfolio, program, and project management across the organization
Strong resource planning, budgeting, prioritization, and executive reporting skills
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall environments
Comfortable managing scope, timelines, costs, risks, and change management initiatives

Nice-to-Haves:

Data center industry experience
Experience creating PMO frameworks from the ground up
Director-level PMO background

8+ years of program management experience leading large-scale technical and enterprise-wide programs within a technology or cloud infrastructure environment.
Proven experience establishing or maintaining governance frameworks within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
Deep expertise across project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and PMO platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and hold cross-functional teams accountable across complex, distributed organizational structures.
Exceptional leadership, structured problem-solving, and communication skills with extensive executive presentation experience.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP, CSM) are strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
