Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Garage Bodily Injury Claims Manager to oversee the management and resolution of bodily injury claims related to garage operations. The ideal candidate will lead claims handling, ensure compliance with legal and internal policy requirements, and work to mitigate risk while providing excellent claim service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise bodily injury claims arising from garage-related incidents.
- Oversee the entire claims lifecycle including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant insurance laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and adjusters to optimize claim outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors such as medical providers and repair facilities.
- Conduct thorough claim analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to claims staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the claim process.
- Handle complex claims and escalate issues as necessary to senior management.
- Support audit and quality assurance initiatives related to claims handling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims, preferably in the garage or general liability insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims practices, regulations, and legal terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
