This family-run business has been around for over 25 years and is known for its food safety certifications and clean manufacturing facility. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career as a Sr. Process Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machine knowledge, line repair and optimization, multiple shift work, team training and coaching, capital improvement projects, and process improvements.Position Responsibilities:- Utilize injection molding machine knowledge to optimize production lines- Repair and maintain production lines to ensure efficiency and quality- Train and coach team members on best practices for machine operation- Implement capital improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivityPosition Essential Job Functions:- Experience with injection molding machine operations- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production lines- Strong leadership skills to train and coach team members- Knowledge of capital improvement projects in a manufacturing setting- Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve process efficiencyBenefits:- Standard health, dental, and vision insurance- 401k match fully vested at 1 year (100% for 3%, 50% for 4-5%)- Dental and vision coverage- Relocation assistance available
