Sr. Customer Care Associate – Home Health (Contract)
Location: Kailua, HI 96734Contract Dates: May 11, 2026 – August 9, 2026 (13 weeks)Pay: $736 – $840/week
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)
40 hours per week
Onsite position
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for Home Health patients and department
Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers
Assist with claims, referrals, and pre-certification processing
Verify eligibility and benefits for various health plans
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in system
Research and route claim issues for resolution
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 2 years relevant administrative/customer service experience preferred
Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills required
Additional Details:
Must be able to work fully onsite
