Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Upper Funnel & Offline Media leads the strategy, agency oversight, and performance evaluation of reach-based acquisition channels, including DRTV, audio, podcasting, radio, DOOH, and upper-funnel programmatic under the supervision of the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. This role ensures disciplined execution, strong agency leadership, and clear alignment with broader acquisition objectives, with accountability for incremental demand creation.
In addition to media planning and oversight, this role owns creative and landing page alignment across offline channels, ensuring messaging, offers, and user experience are optimized and consistently tested to improve performance. The Senior Manager supports production coordination, manages cross-channel utilization of offline creative assets in digital platforms, and partners with Analytics to lead lift measurement and incrementality analysis, translating cross-channel impact into actionable insights for optimization and future investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly media strategies for DRTV, audio, and other offline reach channels
- Define channel role within the broader acquisition funnel
- Partner with the Senior Director to align investment with overall growth objectives
- Ensure media mix balances reach, frequency, and efficiency
Agency Leadership & Execution Oversight
- Lead planning and execution with media agencies
- Review and approve media plans, creative rotations, and flighting strategies
- Provide clear direction to agency partners and hold them accountable to performance standards
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and in alignment with objectives
Performance & Incrementality
- Own channel-level performance analysis in partnership with Analytics
- Evaluate incrementality, lift studies, assisted conversion impact, and brand search trends
- Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Identify optimization opportunities within channel constraints
Creative & Messaging Coordination
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging alignment
- Provide performance-informed feedback on creative effectiveness
- Help assist production coordination for DRTV shoots and audio creative development
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with Paid Social and Performance Media teams to ensure funnel alignment
- Share insights that inform downstream optimization
- Support omnichannel testing initiatives as needed

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition, audience development
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Competency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work independently
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $115,000.00 to $130,000.00
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
