This role works collaboratively within a cross-functional team of designers, integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases, and communicates findings through presentations, charts, and visuals.Key Responsibilities:· Plan, lead, and execute research to understand employee context and needs through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation· Collaborate within a cross-functional team of designers to integrate research findings into product definition and design phases· Communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visualsMust-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):· At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps using methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, and benchmarking· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills· Extensive experience as a storyteller, able to explain complex topics clearly for all stakeholders· Ability to thrive in highly technical and complex environments while managing uncertainty· Positive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work proactively, resourcefully, and with minimal supervision· Experience with tools including User Testing, Qualtrics, and Optimal WorkshopNice-to-Have / Trainable Skills:· Experience with knowledge management tools such as Dovetail
