Job Description

Impact Recruitment has been retained by a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with over 50 years in business and 13 offices throughout the United States. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Senior Design Engineer/Project Manager with general civil engineering and/or water/wastewater design experience. This is a mid to senior level position working with both municipal and private clients. The perfect candidate must exhibit a professional attitude, innovative ideas, analytical problem solving, and a willingness to collaborate while having the ability to work independently.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and manage all aspects of municipal and private engineering projects including:*
- Proposal preparation
- Reports and studies
- Design and construction documents
- Scheduling, coordination and budgeting
Project Sales
Client Liaison
Supervise survey crew, engineers and technicians
