Job Description
Impact Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Designer with excellent CAD skills for the Land Division located in our clients Des Moines, IA office. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Requirements:· Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience· Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D and MicroStation experience preferred· Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage· Strong knowledge of infrastructure design to include sewer, water and paving· Ability to develop comprehensive construction document setAdditional Skills: · Identifying project scope and budget management· Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel· Excellent verbal and writing skills Reach out to Impact Recruitment at info@impactrecruitment.com/(805)-371-2666 for more information regarding this position!
