Job Description
Title: Sr. Data Entry OperatorPay Rate: $20.00/hourDuration: 4 MonthsWork Arrangement: In Person / OnsiteJob Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties, including working with visitors and sorting mail.
- Complete basic enrollment and I-9-related forms.
- Perform high-volume data entry, averaging 10,000+ keystrokes per hour.
- Perform basic management of electronic files, including printing, copying, transferring, and deleting files.
- Access information from a computer and maintain a computer database.
- Enter data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence.
- Format and produce documents.
- Work with numbers, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Detect and correct errors.
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other computer software.
- Operate basic office equipment, including:
- Photocopy machine
- Facsimile machine
- Binding machine
- Other standard office equipment
- Follow instructions and established procedures.
- Maintain reliable attendance and report to the onsite location as scheduled.
