JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hourly/production associates in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting the recruitment team to achieve approximately 300 hires per month. This role is embedded onsite at our Memphis facility and is accountable for full-cycle recruiting, hiring decisions, and execution of scalable hiring strategies to meet aggressive workforce demands.

As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new 1.5 million square foot facility in Byhalia, MS, expanding our Memphis operations.

This role will initially be based in Memphis and will transition to the Byhalia site upon opening, playing a critical role in building the workforce for this new, large-scale operation.

This position requires a results-driven recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments, excels at building talent pipelines quickly, and can independently manage hiring outcomes while partnering closely with the broader recruiting team, site leadership, and HR to ensure workforce targets are met.

Onsite, 6-month Contract with possibility for extension.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume direct labor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.

  • Make hiring decisions independently in alignment with business needs and workforce planning targets.

  • Partner with the recruitment team to collectively achieve ~300 hires per month, ensuring strong alignment on hiring priorities and execution.

  • Plan and execute large-scale hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to drive candidate flow.

  • Support ramp-up hiring efforts for the new Byhalia, MS facility, building workforce pipelines ahead of site opening.

  • Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.

  • Conduct high-volume screenings and in-person interviews, ensuring efficient and rapid hiring turnaround.

  • Partner with site leadership and HR to understand production demands, shift needs, and workforce planning requirements.

  • Implement and optimize high-volume recruiting strategies, including walk-in hiring, referral programs, and local sourcing channels.

  • Utilize job boards, community partnerships, staffing campaigns, and digital platforms to attract candidates quickly and effectively.

  • Track and manage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, hires per week, attendance rates, and candidate conversion rates.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and employment regulations.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-moving, high-throughput environment.

  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hires.

  • Support onboarding coordination as needed to ensure smooth transition from offer to start

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or direct labor.

  • Proven success hiring at scale (100+ hires/month) in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results against aggressive hiring goals.

  • Experience leading hiring events, job fairs, and high-volume sourcing strategies.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assess candidates quickly.

  • Confident making independent hiring decisions and owning outcomes.

  • Experience with onsite or ramp-up environments and knowledge of local labor markets and sourcing channels.
