Accountabilities
- Own the member experience product backlog, prioritizing and shipping improvements.
- Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation for enhanced engagement.
- Manage bug triage and ensure product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering to maintain product velocity and manage technical trade-offs.
- Translate stakeholder input into actionable product initiatives.
- Monitor member experience metrics like engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards for data visualization and insights.
- Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design experiments and present data-informed recommendations.
- Work with design teams to enhance UX with a member-first approach.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven success in improving engagement metrics in digital products.
- Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in SQL and product analytics tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Skilled in translating complexity into clear product documentation.
