In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading complex paid digital programs, particularly focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google Ads across various markets and product segments. As a crucial part of our team, you will collaborate closely with different departments to design and optimize comprehensive digital strategies that effectively drive revenue and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Google Ads and a strong ability to align marketing efforts with business goals, using detailed performance metrics to gauge success.
Accountabilities
- Own the global SEM strategy across Google Ads
- Design and optimize full-funnel paid digital programs
- Develop keyword, audience, and bidding strategies
- Partner with copywriters to create high-performing digital messaging
- Continuously test and scale AI-driven strategies
- Lead management of complex Google Ads accounts
- Act as an internal authority for SEM initiatives
- Hold agencies accountable for performance and optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align conversion points
- Analyze performance metrics beyond CPL
- Leverage data to identify conversion opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on paid digital strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in Google Ads
- Experience managing large-scale SEM accounts
- Background in agency management and strategic leadership
- Proven success driving revenue outcomes from marketing
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce environments
