Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties

• * Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and coordination of manufacturing operations
• * Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth initiatives
• * Oversee plant performance including production, quality, safety, and efficiency
• * Ensure compliance with all food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
• * Manage union labor relations and ensure adherence to labor agreements
• * Own full P&L responsibilities including COGS, inventory, and working capital
• * Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes
• * Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives and KPI-driven performance
• * Collaborate with corporate functions to align plant objectives with company strategy
• * Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across operations

Qualifications – NeededStructure:

• * Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)
• * Minimum 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing
• * Strong background in food or beverage manufacturing
• * Proven experience leading large-scale production teams and multi-line facilities
• * Strong background in cost control, inventory management, and logistics
• * Experience working in union environments
• * Proven ability to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• * Experience with plant cost accounting and operational systems preferred
