• Bench trials
• Jury trials
• Motion hearings
• Temporary Protective Orders (TPOs)
• Legitimation actions
• Modifications
• Contempt actions
• Contested adoptions
• Divorce proceedings

Strong negotiation, client counseling, and case management abilities.Experience supervising, mentoring, or directing support staff and junior attorneys preferred.Proficiency with Clio or comparable legal case management platforms.Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.Demonstrated commitment to helping clients through difficult life transitions.Interested in hearing more?
