Job DetailsAbout the Role: We are seeking a Senior Controls Technician to support installation, commissioning, and service of advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS). This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who thrives in complex environments and enjoys troubleshooting integrated systems across multiple building platforms.________________________________________Key Responsibilities

• * Install, commission, and service BAS/DDC systems for commercial and institutional facilities
• * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across HVAC controls, field devices, and network communications
• * Perform system startups, point-to-point checkout, and functional testing
• * Work with integrated systems including HVAC, lighting, power monitoring, and life safety systems
• * Support system upgrades, retrofits, and optimization of existing building systems
• * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• * Provide technical support and training to end users and facility teams
• * Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and as-built updates

________________________________________Qualifications

• * 5+ years of experience with Building Automation / HVAC Controls systems
• * Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience in the field
• * Experience with BAS platforms such as Niagara, Schneider (EcoStruxure), Johnson Controls (Metasys), Siemens (Desigo/Apogee), Honeywell, Distech, Delta Controls, Trane, Carrier i-Vu, or similar
• * Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP
• * Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
• * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and sequences of operation
• * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
