• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience
• Infor/Lawson ERP, SAP, Oracle experience

Job DetailsOur client is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to support accounting and financial operations within a growing healthcare organization. This role will focus on fixed asset accounting, capital projects, month-end close, and compliance while working closely with experienced accounting leadership.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations
• Track construction-in-progress (CIP) and capital projects
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and GL reconciliations
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and assist with financial reporting
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and other cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of GL accounting experience
• Strong month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred:
