Job Details The ideal candidate will bring a combination of legal knowledge, client-service orientation, and the ability to manage real estate matters efficiently. Core Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly). 5+ years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area (open to more senior candidates depending on background). Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues, and related legal documentation. Skills & Competencies: Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with a client‑focused mindset. High attention to detail and sound judgment in fast‑moving matters. Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team. Preferred Experience (Not Required): Experience with condominium or community association law. Background in real estate litigation or dispute resolution.
