Lead and manage a variety of complex accounting projects, including IPO readiness, technical accounting issues, and corporate accounting initiatives.2. Provide expert consultation on complex accounting issues, making recommendations based on thorough analysis and understanding of the business.3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of accounting strategies and objectives.4. Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.5. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.6. Provide leadership and mentoring to accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.7. Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.8. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting standards, ensuring the company is always ahead of the curve.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the energy industry.2. CPA certification is required.3. Proven experience with IPO readiness and execution.4. Strong knowledge of technical and corporate accounting.5. Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable.6. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex accounting projects.7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.10. Proficiency in the use of accounting software and other financial management tools.11. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
