This role sits at the center of active federal court cases and is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in fast‑moving trial environments. The position involves supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation with a heavy emphasis on trial preparation and in‑court support, managing trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials, coordinating expert discovery including reports, exhibits, and deposition logistics, handling document‑intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions, preparing and filing pleadings in state and federal courts, and supporting depositions, hearings, and trials including on‑site trial support when required. • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrated trial experience is required
• Strong command of litigation technology and case management tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
• Comfortable working directly with partners in a lean, high-performance environment
• True trial-driven work (not document-only litigation)
• High exposure to sophisticated, nationally significant matters
• Respected trial lawyers who heavily rely on their paralegals
