Job Description

Senior Paralegal – Hiring Now 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong litigation support experience. You must be comfortable managing a large volume of cases and tight deadlines. Experience in debt collection or creditors’ rights is a big plus.

Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85053

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and serve legal documents (motions, pleadings, subpoenas, etc.).
  • Maintain case timelines, files, and discovery materials.
  • Draft and review contracts like NDAs and service agreements.
  • Track deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Keep files organized and follow all court rules and e‑filing procedures.
  • Monitor law and regulation updates related to creditors’ rights (FDCPA, FCRA, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with quality control of legal documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate.
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience, including litigation and small claims.
  • Experience in debt collection/creditors’ rights preferred.
  • Familiar with legal software (Relativity, Case Map, Westlaw, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation and discovery rules.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
