  • Engage regularly with customers to deeply understand workflows, needs, and business contexts.
  • Ensure customer value remains central to all product decisions.
  • Champion intuitive, explainable, and user-centric product experiences, particularly for AI-driven features.
  • Own planning and execution for complex, cross-team initiatives, proactively identifying and removing blockers.
  • Set clear success metrics, define KPIs and OKRs, and hold the product team accountable for outcomes.
  • Drive experimentation and learning through hypothesis-driven development.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investment.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products.
  • Act as a trusted product and technical partner, ensuring feasibility, quality, and scalability.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-focused product narratives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, clarity, and compelling storytelling.
  • Ensure high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility.
  • Use analytics to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate performance.
  • Support and mentor other product managers, contributing to a high-performing product organisation.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Strong product ownership mindset with accountability for strategy, execution, and results.
  • Excellent commercial judgment, systems thinking, and decision-making ability.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Bias for action with strong prioritisation, focus, and delivery discipline.
  • Deep understanding of how technology and AI create commercial value.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, high-ambiguity contexts.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leader with strong emotional intelligence.

Experience Requirements

  • Significant experience managing complex products or platforms end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated success in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering products from concept through launch with clear business impact.
  • Delivery of AI driven product capabilities essential.
