We are seeking a Senior Campaign Planner-Integrated Marketing who is a strategic and highly organized Senior Go-To-Market Campaign Planner to support the coordination and execution planning of multichannel campaigns. This role is responsible for translating seasonal and campaign strategy into integrated exposure plans for key brand and selling moments beyond primary campaigns, ensuring alignment and activation consistency across channels to maximize impact.
The Senior GTM Campaign Planner partners closely with the Go-To-Market Exposure Planning Lead, Advertising and Paid Social Planners, Marketing Channel owners, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are strategically grounded, properly sequenced, clearly communicated, and execution-ready. The ideal candidate brings strong integrated planning experience, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to connect strategic priorities to operational activation.

Responsibilities:
• Seasonal Strategy Translation: Translate seasonal and campaign strategy into integrated exposure plans for secondary and sub-campaign moments, ensuring alignment with overall business and brand priorities.
• Multichannel Campaign Coordination: Develop clear activation plans that define timing, sequencing, and channel roles across paid, owned, and social channels.
• Exposure Brief Development: Create exposure planning documentation and briefs that guide channel and creative partners toward consistent execution.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Advertising, Paid Social, Marketing Channel, Creative, and Investment teams to ensure campaign readiness and resolve potential overlaps or conflicts.
• Cross-Campaign Calendar Management: Maintain visibility across campaign timelines, ensuring effective prioritization of messaging in market.
• Performance & Optimization Support: Collaborate with Exposure Lead and Analytics partners to assess campaign effectiveness and incorporate learnings into future planning cycles.
Qualifications:
- • 4-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign planning, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing and campaign sequencing.
- Experience coordinating and galvanizing cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate strategic objectives
while managing integrated timelines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
