Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project & Financial Systems Analyst to support project creation, maintenance, and financial processes across our global operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of project management systems, finance tools, and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless project execution and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Creation and Maintenance:

· Update and maintain master data associated to ensure accurate OneStream reporting by Customer/Product.

· Manage and oversee the Planview and SAP project structure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

· Support Coupa approval workflows to streamline procurement and expense approval processes.

2. Monthly Project Journal Entry Accruals (Controlling Area 1798):

· Process accrual entries for various project types, including:

· Time & Materials Suppliers

· Project Testing Services

· Statement of Work

3. Hardware Product Area Project Finance Support:

· Assist in forecast processes and reviews.

· Serve as Coupa approver for requisitions exceeding $25,000.

4. Engineering Project Hours Postings:

· Manage and process hours postings for all SAP sites globally until automation or site controller processing is in place.

· Sites include Auburn Hills/Rochester Hills, Sailauf, Southfield, Lowell, Goleta, ZJG, Magna Japan, Monterrey, Munich, Romania, Pune, Bangalore, Vargarda, and Linkoping.

5. System Support and User Management:

· Act as SAP/BW/Planview/Coupa/MCS key user:

· Troubleshoot and process Coupa errors to ensure purchase orders are transmitted correctly to SAP.

· Provide user training and ongoing support.

· Assist with access requests and permissions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Proven experience with SAP, Planview, Coupa, or similar project management and financial systems.

· Strong understanding of project accounting, accruals, and financial reporting.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to work across multiple systems and coordinate with global teams.

· Analyze current business processes and provide key improvements.
