Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid acquisition for a DTC CPG ecommerce brand in the beverage space. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced managing significant ad spend, optimizing performance at a granular level, and driving predictable, profitable growth across paid channels. Youll lead strategy, execution, and optimization in-house with full ownership of results. Please Note: This role requires 5 days/week on-site in our client's beautiful office in Bedford Hills, NY What Youll Do Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Google, Microsoft/Bing, Yahoo, Meta, and TikTok Manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention) Oversee budgets, pacing, forecasting, and ROI performance Optimize acquisition metrics including CAC, MER, ROAS, and LTV Build structured creative testing frameworks with internal teams Analyze performance data daily and drive ongoing optimization Ensure accurate tracking and navigate platform policies/compliance What Our Client is Looking For Must-Haves Strong experience managing paid media hands-on Proven DTC/CPG ecommerce advertising experience Track record managing six- to seven-figure monthly budgets Strong platform expertise: Google, Bing/Microsoft, Yahoo, Meta, TikTok Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, AOV) Experience owning paid strategy end-to-end Nice to Have Experience in regulated or restricted advertising categories Familiarity with compliance-heavy accounts Experience scaling paid media during high-growth phases
