Job Description
Our client, a growing DTC CPG brand in the beverages space, is looking for a Senior Technical SEO Manager to own technical SEO strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who has personally driven organic growth in ecommerce, understands complex product ecosystems, and is comfortable being accountable for measurable performance not just recommendations.Youll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and growth teams to translate SEO strategy into real business impact.Please note: This role requires 5 days/week on-site in our client's beautiful office in Bedford Hills, NY.What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end technical SEO strategy and execution
- Improve organic traffic, conversion performance, and revenue
- Optimize ecommerce architecture including PDPs, PLPs, faceted navigation, pagination, and internal linking
- Identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, duplication, rendering, and performance issues
- Lead technical audits and maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap
- Partner with engineering/product teams to ship SEO improvements
- Manage Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall site health
- Report on performance and connect SEO initiatives to business KPIs
- Strong hands-on technical SEO experience
- Direct experience in CPG or DTC ecommerce (required)
- Proven track record growing organic traffic and revenue
- Experience managing SEO for large ecommerce sites (1,000+ SKUs)
- Strong understanding of technical ecommerce SEO mechanics
- Ability to independently own strategy, prioritization, and execution
- Shopify Plus, headless commerce, or custom ecommerce platform experience
- SEO involvement in site migrations or replatforming projects
- International or multi-market SEO experience
