The Successful Applicant10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor.Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up and/or complex renovation projects.Background within one or more sectors such as healthcare, higher education, federal, municipal, hospitality, or industrial construction.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and construction safety.Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain project momentum in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative but results-driven approach.Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.Stable career history demonstrating progression into increasingly senior field leadership roles.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package.
