Sr. Estimator
- MEP (HVAC)Bid high-impact, critical hospital infrastructure systems. Known for its commitment to delivering high-quality projects, the company fosters a professional work environment and provides employees with opportunities for growth and development.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for MEP (HVAC) systems in commercial construction projects.Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and scope.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project needs.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Prepare and present project budgets, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.Monitor market trends and adjust estimates to reflect current pricing and industry standards.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all estimates and related documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
