Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction Background Miami, FL local Client DetailsThis reputable general contractor is local to Miami-Dade's construction market. They have made a strong name for themselves and value a strong company culture environment. They work throughout residential and commercial construction, but are actively seeking a talented Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare sector to work in Dade county. Description Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects.Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations (AHCA).Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management.Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.7-9 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.Proven experience with AHCA guidelines and healthcare-specific construction regulations.Ground up and renovation experience in hospitals, medical clinics, medical offices, etc.Strong leadership and communication skills.Bilingual: Spanish & English.
