As the organization continues to expand in North America, they are investing in key talent to support their next phase of growth.Job DescriptionLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technology requirements.Design and present tailored order management and omnichannel fulfillment solutions.Serve as the technical expert throughout the enterprise sales process.Deliver compelling product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic pursuits and drive deal success.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.Support enterprise retailers navigating inventory visibility, fulfillment, and omnichannel challenges.Travel as needed for customer meetings, key presentations, and global team collaboration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
