Regional Construction EstimatorA well-established regional general contractor with a long operating history in the Western U.S., delivering a mix of commercial and institutional construction projects. The firm operates across multiple market sectors and is known for its steady backlog, repeat client base, and consistent delivery across both ground-up and renovation work.Job DescriptionPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual through hard bid
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed scopes of work
Lead or support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and trade partners
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Nevada construction market
Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless project handoff

Existing relationships within the Nevada construction community is highly desirable
Comfortable operating in a hybrid role that blends estimating and client-facing BD work
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
