Senior Director of OperationsThis established construction firm specializes in federal government, secure facility, historic restoration, and mission-critical construction projects throughout the United States and internationally. With approximately 85-90 employees and annual revenue of roughly $100M, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering highly visible and technically challenging projects for government agencies and landmark facilities.The Senior Director of Operations will join a collaborative leadership team focused on continued growth and operational excellence. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee major federal construction initiatives while helping scale the business to meet increasing project demand. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven federal construction leadership experience is required.Experience managing large-scale government construction programs and operations.Strong understanding of secure facilities, mission-critical environments, and federal contracting requirements.Experience working within Pentagon environments or similar federal agencies is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational performance.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and long-term growth initiatives.Must be eligible to pass federal background requirements and maintain access to secure facilities.What's on OfferBase salary: $175,000 - $195,000Bonus incentive opportunities
