Job Description

Job TitleEstimatorJob DescriptionPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual through hard bid. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed scopes of work. Lead or support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and trade partners. Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Nevada construction market. Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless project handoff. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and local subcontractor markets. Existing relationships within the Nevada construction community is highly desirable. Comfortable operating in a hybrid role that blends estimating and client-facing BD work. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
