Sr. Estimator

- Public Works is open due to growth and robust pipeline.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project budgeting and timelines.Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to determine the best value for the project.Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or safety standards.Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and labor costs to provide the most accurate estimates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
