Commercial Construction Project ManagerThis client is a well-established commercial construction and project management firm specializing in high-profile renovation, tenant improvement, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and corporate projects. The organization has built a strong reputation for quality, agility, and long-term client partnerships, working on some of the most recognizable projects within its market.Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, costs, and schedule milestones. Coordinate field operations, subcontractor performance, and material procurement to ensure seamless project execution. Review and process change orders, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and project documentation. Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and budget management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and company procedures.
