Senior Paralegal- Real Estate
Job Description
Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Conduct title and survey reviews, and resolve any issues that arise during the process. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, amendments, and closing documents. Assist in due diligence processes by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant documents. Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate and organized records of legal files and documents. Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal department as needed. Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations in all real estate matters.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Paralegal- Real Estate should have: experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Knowledge of title and survey review processes. Strong ability to prepare and review legal documents. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external parties. Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry regulations in real estate.
