Job DescriptionManage and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly to maintain timelines and budget.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure quality services at competitive rates.Oversee procurement and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
