Job Details: Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Social Content Location: Alameda, CA 100% Onsite Duration: 12 Months Type: Full-Time, Contract (Open to 32-hour workweek or 40-hour workweek) Note: Portfolio required must demonstrate strong social content creation.

Description: A health/wellness technology company is seeking a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visual content for social channels. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day content creation while collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters, and creative leads. This is a hybrid content creator + design background role with a strong emphasis on social content for Meta, Facebook, and Instagram. You will balance corporate brand consistency with engaging native social content, ensuring brand positioning is maintained without compromising the look and feel of the brand.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong social content portfolio demonstrating creative + design skills

• Experience creating social-first content for Meta, Facebook, and Instagram

• Strong design fundamentals with ability to maintain brand consistency

• Ability to balance corporate brand positioning with native social content

• Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters, and creative leads

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices

• Ability to work onsite 100% in Alameda, CA

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred)

• 5 8+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on social content

• Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Previous agency experience (highly flexible with brand aesthetics)

• Experience with health, wellness, or wearables industry

• Ability to blend creative + design skills seamlessly

• Experience with video/Reels creation and editing

Additional Details:

• Manager is open to a 32-hour workweek (4 days) or 40-hour workweek (5 days) 5 days preferred.

• Candidate must be 100% onsite no remote workers.

• Selected candidate will start ASAP after screenings.
