Job Description
Candidates MUST be local, ideally within 30 miles of Bedford MA.No onsite requirements at this time but candidates must be local to the Bedford area.5+ years of Salesforce development experience.Candidates MUST have recent experience with Agentforce, OMS and service cloud - These are non-negotiables.Candidates need to know the above and be able to explain their experience working with them - please only submit candidates you're confident in after verify they understand and can speak to their experience in the above requirements.Candidates must have a completed BA/BS degree in a technical field.
What You Will Do:Design, build, and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management (OMS) using Apex, Lightning, and FlowsDeliver enhancements across the full development lifecycleWork closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsFollow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and documentationBuild and maintain API integrations using Apex and REST servicesAI / Agentforce ChatbotEnhance the existing Agentforce chatbot to support transactional workflowsImprove chatbot accuracy using Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rulesConfigure prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logicData Cloud & PersonalizationUse Salesforce Data Cloud to support personalization and AI groundingSupport identity resolution and data mapping as neededTesting, Release & GovernanceSupport testing, UAT, deployments, and production releasesFollow DevOps and Git-based deployment practices
Skills:
To Be Successful You Will Have:5+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong experience with:Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows REST APIs and integrationsSalesforce Service CloudHands-on experience with Salesforce AgentforceExperience working with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) & Salesforce Service cloudFamiliarity with Salesforce Data CloudExperience with Git and Salesforce deploymentsStrong problem-solving and collaboration skillsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automationExperience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementationsBackground in customer service, warranty, or technical support systemsLI-Hybrid
