  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate parts of the product development lifecycle, reducing manual effort and supporting consistent agile delivery practices.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with development, product, and data teams to understand their evolving needs, ensuring platform supports both short‑term and long‑term capability growth.
  • Work with architecture and security teams to ensure platform decisions align with enterprise standards, architectural principles, and established ways of working.

Quality, Testing, & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate and provide direction for end‑to‑end testing efforts across teams and external partners, ensuring solutions are fully integrated and meet quality expectations.
  • Hold vendors accountable for delivering services that meet MCBC's operational, security, and performance expectations.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform engineering practices, DevOps advancements, and relevant technologies to help maintain a competitive and modern platform ecosystem.
  • Proactively bring forward recommendations for enhancements that improve platform usability, scalability, and developer experience.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a senior technical role, such as platform engineering, solution architecture, administration, or development.
  • You have experience guiding DevOps practices and environment management, including multi‑environment deployments and CI/CD processes, with a focus on standards, risk, and delivery outcomes
  • You have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, monitoring, automation, and security requirements.
  • You can translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable platform priorities and roadmaps that guide future platform capabilities.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning, you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Beverage Bonuses:

  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office
  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference - from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
