Supply Chain Analyst / Senior Supply Chain AnalystLocation: On-site | Westlake Village, CAA rapidly growing technology hardware company is seeking a high-impact Supply Chain Analyst who can operate at a senior individual contributor level and support a broad range of supply chain activities as the organization scales.This role supports manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and sourcing decisions by building analytical structure, visibility, and discipline across the supply chain. The position is both analytical and hands-on, spanning data analysis, operational execution, and continuous improvement.You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Contract Manufacturers, and Logistics partners to help the organization scale efficiently and cost-effectively.

 ResponsibilitiesManufacturing and Contract Manufacturing Operations* Analyze bill of materials structures, material costs, and build configurations across multiple product lines* Track and explain purchase price variance, spot buys, and key cost drivers* Support build planning, minimum order quantities, and capacity alignment with contract manufacturers* Maintain visibility into build status, material readiness, and operational risks* Develop reporting for contract manufacturer performance, yield metrics, and cost trendsLogistics and Shipping Analytics* Analyze shipment data across carriers, regions, and shipping lanes* Track shipping costs, transit times, and carrier performance* Evaluate cold-chain performance including time, temperature, and shipping exceptions* Identify opportunities to reduce cost and variability while maintaining service levelsInventory and Demand Planning* Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods* Support demand forecasting inputs and supply planning assumptions* Identify risks related to excess, obsolete, or constrained inventory* Assist with establishing inventory policies and planning cadenceCost, Sourcing, and Supplier Performance* Build and maintain supplier cost models and spend visibility* Track supplier performance across cost, delivery, and responsiveness* Support sourcing decisions through data-driven analysis* Assist with supplier negotiations through fact-based insights
