Position Overview
The Senior Records Management Specialist will perform advanced records management functions and support complex project activities, contributing to high-quality execution of information management services.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually (dependent on a variety of factors)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct records appraisal, classification, and scheduling
Execute complex records management tasks independently
Support digitization and metadata application efforts
Assist in development of policies and training materials
Lead assigned projects and quality assurance reviews
Work Environment & Expectations
Onsite support with potential telework
Independent work with minimal supervision
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Active Top Secret clearance
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Experience with federal records programs
