Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams, independently managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring progress without direct oversight
  • Facilitate structured, outcome-driven meetings that provide clarity, drive decisions, and maintain project momentum
  • Build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration and trust while minimizing friction
  • Manage coordination with onsite vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and quality delivery
  • Support initiatives across operational environments, including distribution, supply chain, and at times manufacturing, with involvement in site-related projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing programs or projects within operational environments (e.g., supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or related)
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity, collaboration, and relationship-building
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or third-party partners in a project-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to structure workflows and drive execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in supply chain, logistics, construction-related projects, or manufacturing environments
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project/program management certifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
  • Exposure to managing multiple concurrent projects within a portfolio or program structure

What OBE Offers You

  • Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee
  • Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose
  • Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses
  • Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed
