Job Description

About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world's underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We're a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Role summary

As a member of the New York FP&A team, you will be exposed to all aspects of finance and corporate strategy, including strategic planning, real-time forecasting, investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets, and interact with various areas across the company including Business Intelligence, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Operations.

This critical role is specifically responsible for supporting the CFO and CEO offices with top-line analysis and long-range planning. You will be part of a small, high-profile team responsible for modeling, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting our key operating and financial metrics. Given the seat's responsibility for having a pulse on firmwide performance, you will ultimately become a prominent subject-matter expert within the organization, often consulted by senior leadership for insights into the latest performance trends and advice on key strategic decisions. The person in this role will succeed by leveraging and developing a combination of skills, including thoughtful financial analysis, high-quality presentation creation, C-Suite communication, strong attention to detail, successful time-management while multi-tasking, team development, and more.
